Course Description:

This course focuses on the development of leadership potential to meet the challenges and opportunities of today’s dynamic global business environment. Throughout this course, students will learn about values alignment, knowledge, and skills which foster positive relationships and promote organizational progress.

  6. Understand the skills and tactics involved in influencing others and organizations
  7. Understand the dyadic relationships between leaders and followers
  8. Identify the elements related to effective leadership in groups and teams
  9. Interpret strategic leadership approaches within the context of formal organizations
  10. Understand different conceptions of ethical leadership, ethical dilemmas, and individual code of ethics
