Each week there is 1 discussion forum with at least two discussion questions provided. You are allowed to focus your discussion & learning in the questions that are most significant or interesting to you. You can decide to divide your required number of discussion posts as you choose. You are asked to submit a total of 6 posts each week and to post at least one time by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. CST. Students who submit all of their posts on the weekend will receive a deduction of 5 points from their earned discussion grade for the week--the reason for this is to encourage discussion early in the week and give classmates more time to learn and respond to your contributions. Your posts can be either initial or reply posts, or a combination of the two. You are allowed to submit more if you wish. Each post you submit is worth 5 points each, and should be at least 100+ words in length. The course week closes out on Sundays at 11:59 p.m. CST and discussion posts are not accepted after this time.
