This course provides candidates with an overview of emerging
national/international trends and issues in the fields of instructional
design, training/development, and performance improvement/technology.
Presentations and discussions will be devoted to broadening an
understanding of these fields as they relate to learning and performance
in the workplace as well as in schools and other organizations.
