This course is designed for teachers who aspire to integrate impactful technology into their classroom. Students in this academy will be provided with the essential knowledge, resources and experiences necessary to connect their students to a global audience using Skype and FlipGrid. Students will gain an understanding of how to create Skype and FlipGrid accounts for their classroom, how to access Skype and FlipGrid, how to effectively administer a Skype of FlipGrid lesson with their students, and how to connect their students with a global audience using these tools.
We will have an in person class on January 23rd from 5:30-8:30 and the rest of class will be on your own and online.
